In November I was commissioned by Bloomberg to shoot their annual mince pie tasting. Dan Doherty executive chef of Duck & Waffle and Bloomberg's chief food critic Richard Vines sat down to try 9 different mince pies available on the high street and in supermarkets.
The winner was Fortnum & Mason, I tried them all my self and this one in particular had a rich boozey quality. 5mins in the oven and a bit of cream, Yum.
