My name was recently passed on to the lovely folks at BAFTA who commissioned me to shoot a few culinary creations by head chef Anton Manganaro. Each year Anton creates an incredible selection of canapes that are served at the Bafta film awards. The stars attending are certainly in for a treat.
I was also asked to photograph this beautiful cocktail created by bar manager Graham Lloyd-Bennett. As it's for the film awards Graham has sought inspiration in the release of Paddington.
The Marmahattan is made with bourbon and red vermouth. It's infused with marmalade to give it a full orange flavour. It comes served garnished with a Fortnum & Mason candied orange dipped in chocolate.
I of course had to test it for Graham prior to launch... just to make sure it was ok. It was better than that. Superb - thoroughly recommended.
