I have once again been commissioned by Bombay Sapphire to direct a series of film recipes for gin lovers. The brief was to create step by step, follow along films based around festive recipes using Bombay Sapphire. Once again I had a fantastic team and have since indulged in a few too many cocktails. The Balvenie commissioned me to create a film following a script and story of games matching with the moves and decisions a malt master makes when distilling whisky. We shot the piece over a few days in Scotland a studio day in London, working around the busy schedule of the Balvenie warehouse and of course the fantastic malt master David Stewart MBE.

During the summer I was commissioned to take stills and Direct a film for one of my first clients Wired Magazine. They were featuring another previous client, Dominique Ansel in the magazine and wanted a recipe for his Frozen Ice Cream Smore on their online content. Here is the finished result.
