/ Dominique Ansel Bakery

Yesterday Dominque Ansel's London Bakery opened. A partner to his New York and Tokyo sites Dominique has come across the Atlantic to join us in blighty. Queues of hundreds formed for the doors opening and those desperate to get their hands on the goods claimed their spot from as early as 5am.

Dominique is most famous for his invention of the Cronut but there are so many delicacies to choose from.

London highlights include the Banoffee Paella, “After The Rain” Mousse Cake (with flavours of pear, ginger, and jasmine, jasmine “raindrops” gelée and praliné feuilletine base), Salted Honey Tart, Eton Mess Lunchbox, and the Welsh Rarebit Croissant.
