Honest Burgers have brought back this beauty: The Louisiana
The beef has been dry rubbed in a special Cajun spice mix, giving a little bit of heat and a smokey undertone. Adding to this they have got a homemade smoked ketchup, fried onions and their signature pickles with some American cheese and smoked bacon. It's balanced, smokey and packs a little hit of cayenne from the Cajun rub. This is going down as one of my all time favourites.
