/ Dip & Flip
Just before Christmas I managed to sneak in a day shooting with the lovely people at Dip n Flip. I encountered their burgers at National Burger Day in 2015! They were serving green chilli cheeseburgers, assembling the bare ingredients and placing the burger in a takeaway container before handing the customer a disposable plastic glove. The customer would look bemused until they saw their burger covered with a ladle full of rich meaty gravy and the bemusement would be replaced with a knowing smile.
Dip n Flip do burgers, roast meat, fries, cheese and gravy. They come in various forms but this is the absolute core of what they do. When I was younger and being cheeky my mum would give me the option to eat my food or wear it, at Dip n Flip, like it or not i'm doing both.
