After the cooling tones of comte and Salsa Verde Honest Burgers are ramping up the flavors for their next special. A blend of Creole and Louisiana flavors, bringing you for 3 weeks... The Cajun.
The beef has been dry rubbed in a special Cajun spice mix, giving a little bit of heat and a smokey undertone. Adding to this they have got a homemade smoked ketchup, fried onions and their signature pickles with some American cheese and smoked bacon. It's balanced, smokey and packs a little hit of cayenne from the Cajun rub. This is going down as one of my all time favorites.
