HotBox are legends of the London barbecue scene. They started out as street food traders, learning the ropes at Street Feast before opening their first restaurant in Spitalfields in 2015.
HotBox’s incredible pulled pork is so delicious and so simple – just pork collar, rubbed with sugar and spice, smoked for 16 hours over smouldering hickory and oak.
So here it is, Honest Burgers' aged beef patty topped with cheddar and meltingly-tender slow-smoked pulled pork, HotBox’s signature tangy barbecue sauce and crunchy, neon pink pickled onions.
Mother Flipper is a hero of the London street food scene. Founded in 2012 by Bromley boy Manuel Andrades, their burgers are delicious cult classics and everybody should try them at least once.
Earlier this year Honest Burgers teamed up with Manuel for a mighty, meaty collaboration, putting his famous candied bacon, secret burger sauce and shoestring fries under the hood of their great British burger.
Beef, candied bacon, double American cheese (for twice the melty awesomeness), shoestring fries, MF burger sauce and pickles, of course with Rosemary Salted Chips.
