On Tuesday I did my bit for Instagram food hero @ClerkenwellboyEC1's latest project #CookforSyria. He has lined up special charity nights at London's top restaurants and this time around it was the turn of my friends: Honest Burgers

The first chance since Meatopia to try their brand new British kebab menu, which launches as a weekly pop-up inside their new Honest Burgers restaurant in Dalston later this year.
The Beef Steak Doner is made from the same great meat that goes into our patties - British dry-aged chuck steak and rib cap from Turner & George - marinated in a tarragon green sauce and cooked on a traditional doner spit.
"We slice the meat thin and pack it into a toasted khobez flatbread with white garlic, purple pickles, rosemary salted CHIPS, pecorino, onion, parsley and homemade chipotle gravy."
