/ Roadhouse Menu
I was recently invited back to one of my regular clients in Modena Italy, Roadhouse. Having worked with them on their menu for a number of years as well as directing their TV campaigns. I went across with Food Stylists Jack Sargeson and Laurie Perry as well as assistant Liam DesBois to update their new menus. A collection of sandwiches, burgers, steak and sides accompany their new rib offering including Classic and Hot! We also grabbed some snaps of their sister restaurant Calavera’s new soft and hard shell tacos as well as their Bao bun offering. Delicious.
