/ Ruben’s Rubens
Ruben is an incredible teenager from Brixton, South London. Ahead of London he had won a competition to take on a space in the famous Brixton Village where he was going to open a small space serving Ruben Sandwiches. The name was a gift you might say. Since lockdown took hold he has taken what he learnt smoking from his Rubens and put it towards all sorts, from cold smoked salmon to all sorts of cuts of meat. He now sell Taco Kits and sells out in no time. He’s a success story of the times.
