/ Johnnie Walker - Sunset Sour

At the end of 2020 I was asked by the good folks at Johnnie Walker to produce along with Food Hall and direct a series of recipe cocktail films.

With the world changing under covid these tabletop cocktail recipes were to encourage Johnnie customers to get creative and bring these cocktails into their own homes. This beauty is the classic Whisky Sour renamed here as the Johnnie Sunset Whisky Sour. Click below to play or view our step by step.

1. Add 50ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label to a Shaker filled with ice.

2. Add 20ml Lemon Juice to the Shaker

3. Crack an egg and add 20ml egg white (one egg white worth.)

4. Add 20ml simple syrup (sugar syrup) to the shaker.

5. Shake vigorously then strain and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice or a coupe.
