I was asked to photograph this beautiful cocktail created by bar manager Graham Lloyd-Bennett. As it's for the film awards Graham has sought inspiration in the release of Paddington.
The Marmahattan is made with bourbon and red vermouth. It's infused with marmalade to give it a full orange flavour. It comes served garnished with a Fortnum & Mason candied orange dipped in chocolate.
I of course had to test it for Graham prior to launch... just to make sure it was ok. It was better than that. Superb - thoroughly recommended.
