/ Imbibe Cocktails At Home
A couple of months ago I was once again invited back by drinks industry insider magazine Imbibe to shoot some cocktails for them.
This time around it was Cocktails at Home, a feature written by the lovely Laura Foster focusing on one spirit at a time to use whilst entertaining guests in your own house. This time around it was all about whisky or as the Americans may know it SCOTCH.
/ Lurpak Take Tastes To New Heights
Way back in January I was invited by Lurpak to shoot some hands on recipe creation scenes for their International markets. Along with Lurpak food aficionado Katie Giovanni we created these scenes to a brief of wide, three quarter angle portraits shots of food preparation.
/ Street Feast / Auction Against Hunger
On Thursday 26th May, some of London’s most press-worthy and exciting chefs united under one roof, the new Street Feast venue Hawker House in Canada Water, cooked Michelin-starred quality dishes street-food style for the fourth annual Auction Against Hunger in aid of Action Against Hunger.
I was invited down to capture some of the atmosphere as well as the dishes, eating them afterwards was an added bonus.

Honest Burgers continue their world domination with more sites. One monster in Bank and another in tourist down at the top of Tottenham Court Road. On top of all that there is a spicy quesadilla Mexican special and a protein rich gym box chicken and beef special
/ All Star Lanes / 4th of July
Once again i've been shooting with All Star Lanes. We have shot a few new collections of images that will be launched throughout the year but first come these images for Independance Day shot at their Brick Lane restaurant and bowling alley.
/ Golden Union / Great British Fish & Chips
Golden Union is the quintessential British Chippy, serving the freshest fish and finest homemade pies to the people of Soho since 2008.
Billy & Kerry kindly invited me along to shoot London's finest chippy a couple of weeks ago. They are passionate about their produce and offer service with a smile. A pleasure as always & I shall be returning as a punter not just a snapper.

After the cooling tones of comte and Salsa Verde Honest Burgers are ramping up the flavors for their next special. A blend of Creole and Louisiana flavors, bringing you for 3 weeks... The Cajun.
/ Russell Norman / Grilled Cheese
In this months Esquire, Russell Norman talks comfort food. He spoke to his chef and restaurateur friends and asked them for their ultimate feel good food. The almost unanimous response was GRILLED CHEESE.
Russell discusses the relationship between food & comfort and the cocktail of cheeses that make the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.
/ Honest Boozy Brunches
Chances are, if you like burgers, you've been to Honest Burgers. This tiny burger joint in Brixton has grown faster than you can say 'Byron, look out' and now has 12 restaurants across the capital in which to enjoy their signature Ginger Pig beef burger and rosemary salted chips. In fact, Honest Burgers is now so popular that in order to satisfy the London masses, they've just launched brunch. Hurrah!

The latest HONEST BURGERS special is here. A cooling number (after a spicy previous special) based around their very own Honest Green Sauce. No need to fret though as they have still got their chipotle mayonnaise on the blackboard for all your chip dunking needs.

Having recently featured on the cover of Square Meal magazine I was invited to shoot for its sister publication Imbibe, an on trade magazine for the drinks industry. I shot a series of classic gin cocktails for them, here are just a couple of my favourites.
/ Russell Norman / How to Cook Fish
This months Esquire food column features Russell Norman making another simple classic. Fish, lemon, butter and samphire. It's simple, hearty and healthy. For some reason people fear cooking fish, they think it’s difficult but Russell was out to set them straight.

The latest issue of Weight Watchers magazine is on shelves now featuring shots of an incredibly sweet young family baking together. Heres a couple of my picks from the day.
/ All Star Lanes
At the start of February, I was once again invited back to shoot for the Bowling come Karaoke come Diner come all round party venue that is All Star Lanes.
I shot some of their most handsome dishes, sharers, milkshakes and cocktails for their new website (coming soon) and social media channels. Along with Exec Chef Ashley Clarke we aimed to create some tantalising visuals of heart stopping gluttonous feasts.

Honest Burgers have been continuing their quest for world domination with even more restaurant openings. Peckham & Covent Garden have opened this year and there are plenty more to follow. Tom & Phil invited me down to shoot some more of their interiors of the restaurants oh and their latest Rib Man Holy Fuck Special
/ Grey Goose/ BAFTA Cocktails
At the end of 2015 I was invited by Grey Goose to shoot some brand new cocktails created for the BAFTA awards. The stars will be enjoying this cocktail collection created by Grey Goose Master Mixologist Joe McCanta.
/ Russell Norman / Irish Stew
In this months Esquire, Russell Norman makes classic winter warmer Irish Stew. Lamb neck is the key ingredient here as it is fatty enough to provide the stock with lots of flavour. Russell also speaks of the importance of using two types of potatoes, one waxy like a charlotte (new) potato and one floury like a Maris Piper. The waxy hold their shape while the floury break down to thicken the stock.
/ Lurpak / A Taste Of
I was commissioned in 2015 by Lurpak to create a series of images based around the tagline... "A Taste of..." e.g. A Taste of Mexico, A Taste of Israel etc. We were presented with dishes to create recipes for using Lurpak and them to shoot them looking tasty.
